Asian Ecumenical Youth Assembly, 6-13 April 2018 Asian Ecumenical Youth Assembly (AEYA), initiated by the Christian Conference Asia (CCA), provides a regional platform for young Christians in Asia to come together and reflect meaningfully as they journey together in search of the meaning and relevance of light and truth, especially in Asia’s pluralistic context. The AEYA will be an opportunity for the participants to learn mutually from each other’s experiences, different cultures, and to develop a network of young Asian ecumenists to build-up and strengthen mutual recognition in solidarity. 6 - 13 April, 2018 Manado, Indonesia Prospective participants, between the age of 20 and 35, are encouraged to apply with endorsement by respective member churches or councils. NCCA is a member council and nominations will be received to us as soon as possible. CCA and local hosts will arrange board and lodging for all participants. An invitation letter and registration form are attached for you to forward to suitable prospective participants to consider. CCA Secretariat is seeking indicative EOI by 15 February 2018. The theme of the 2018 AEYA is a prayer, “Lord, send Your Light and Truth to lead us.”, which is based on the Biblical verse, Psalm 43:3.
